of liquid cargo were discharged simultaneously from the chemical
tanker gPACIFIC GLORYh. 507.166 M/T of Palm Oil was to discharge
from her No.1 center tank onto an Oil Barge alongside her using her No.1
Cargo Pump and 500 M/T of Dioctyl Phthalate from her No.3 center tank to

Attorney Fujii flew to Bangkok and investigated the circumstances of the case at the Chemical Tank Yard.@
The vessel was alongside with this wharf to discharge cargoes.
Attorney Fujii was assisted by Mr.Takata, an NKKK surveyor
residing in Bangkok. MR.Takata points a shore valve which was connected
to the vesselfs pipe line.
Approval for portrait is obtained in September 2002 from Mr.Takata,
now NKKK Kobe office.
Shore tanks were seen over the shore valves.
Sample of the contaminated Dioctyl Phthalate compared with sound one.
